This 'Payment Calculator' can help you understand how much money will each player make in a Heist, under different combination of settings and payment cuts.

I have marked out what I considered to be the best option for all and the worst option from the leader's standpoint. 

Nevertheless, the leader has full control of the set-up and members can choose whether to play with him, or not.
